Eleftherios Koutsofios
Eleftherios Koutsofios received his Diploma in Electrical
Engineering from the National Technical University
of Athens, Greece, and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees
in Computer Science from Princeton University.
He joined AT&T in 1990, and is now a
Lead Member of Technical Staff - Research.
Dr. Koutsofios's work concerns large-scale interactive
visualization and data integration. He is the principal
architect of AT\&T's Visualizer for managed services,
which monitors more than 50,000 routers, servers and
other devices in realtime, on a modest PC server.
He won an
AT\&T Technology Medal for the core software of this service.
He has also worked on graph visualization, programmable
graphics editors and software animation.
